Sister Howaida Ahmed
Sister Howaida is the Founder and Principal of Al Nur School. She has a Degree in Biomedical Engineering, has her Early Childhood Director's License, and her Child Development Associates. This will be her Twelfth year serving as Principal.
Sister Sidra Qasim
Sister Sidra is a member of our staff and will be teaching our PreSchool and PreKindergarten students the English Academic subjects at Al Nur School. She has over 3 years of previous experience taking care of and teaching young children. Her goal as a teacher is to provide the highest quality of education to prepare her students for Kindergarten.
Sister Azhar Altaie
Sister Azhar is a member of our staff and will be teaching our PreSchool and PreKindergarten students Arabic, Quran, and Islamic Studies at Al Nur School. She has previous experience taking care of and teaching young children. Her goal as a teacher is to provide the highest quality of education to prepare her students for Kindergarten.
Sister Fatma Oner
Sister Fatma is currently the Director and teaches Language Arts and Mathematics for Kindergarten through Second Grades. She originally graduated with a degree in Geophysical Engineering and now has over 10 years of teaching experience in Early Childhood. She is a fully certified professional private school classroom teacher with an endorsement in Primary Education, Kindergarten. She has a certificate in the area of Childcare business management and Child Development and also has Director Qualifications. She currently has her Child Development Associates as well. This will be her Sixth year working with Al Nur School.
Sister Mahogany Dokyi
Sister Mahogany currently teaches Science and Social Studies for Kindergarten through Second Grades. She has her teaching certification from New York. She has over 8 years of teaching experience in the classroom. She is very creative and hands on in her classroom and her students enjoy and love learning in her class.
Sister Samar Abusultan
Sister Samar currently teaches Arabic, Quran, and Islamic Studies for Kindergarten through Second Grades. Arabic is her first language and she has Tajweed Certification. She has over 2 years of teaching experience with excellent results. She is very creative and hands on in her classroom.
currently teaches the core academic subjects of Math and Science for Third Grade and Up. has his B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Houston and has his Texas Certification in Grades 7-12 Mathematics. He has teaching experience in the public and charter schools in Texas. He is very dedicated to high Standards when teaching his students.
Sister Kindah Ajaj
Sister Kindah currently teaches the core academic subjects of Language Arts and Social Studies for Third Grade and Up. Sister Kindah has her EC-6 Teaching Certification. She is very dedicated to high Standards when teaching her students.
Sister Dalal Rashid
Sister Dalal currently teaches Quran for Third - Seventh Grades for our Quran Memorization Program. Sister Dalal has a diploma in Tajweed and Arabic. She has over 3 years of teaching experience with excellent results. She is very dedicated to her students and enjoys instilling the love of learning in her class.
